Removed amazon S3 settings, now using default static config

Merged Muhammad Ariq Basyar requested to merge coldfix into staging

Fixes #2 (closed)

Due to current amazon S3 service is inaccessible, changed STATIC_URL to '/static/' and use local 'static' directory as static root folder
