Add routes param mock for testing and configure new CI stages

  • Add route params mock in testing wrapper.
  • Improve coverage for PBI-1: Dietela Quiz.
  • Improve coverage for PBI-3: Choose Plan.
  • Separate test and lint CI stage.
  • Configure 2 different stages of sonar-scanner: one for PBI and one for public branches.
  • Setup different docker images for each stage to reduce time from image pulling
