#PBI-46 Add Shipping Options and Missing Tests

Closes PBI-46

Changes:

  • User can now choose shipping options with varying price and estimated days in scrollable div.
  • Added missing test cases for coverage in sonarqube.
  • Added few shipping fields to admin's order view.
  • Handle unavailable shipping couriers.
  • Removed POS Pos Kargo option.
  • Popup text message to fit context.
